I am a graphic designer with managerial experience working and living in Kansas City. I have more than 16 years of experience as a designer, and close to 7 years of experience managing an in-house creative team.

I would describe my career as human-centered. I believe in people and that life can be better, be it through empowering people in poverty to make their own path and way to a better future, or by creating communities through arts, humanities, and education. I have always sought to use my design skills to make life better for people.

I have been recognized with awards from NPConnect, HOW Magazine, and The American Association of Museums. I am extremely knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and can work across PC or Mac environments. My specialty is layout print design — I deliver high-quality print work extremely fast. Some of my other areas of expertise include brand guidelines, marketing campaigns, content management, implementing new technology (such as digital asset management systems and cloud remote work), and exhibit/environmental design.
